We follow strict infection control procedures to protect everyone's health and safety

Cleaning & Disinfecting

All equipment and surfaces in the treatment room will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each appointment with high level disinfectant approved by the Ministry of Health.

Clinic common areas (waiting room, washroom, door handles, etc) are also disinfected regularly according to Public Health Guidelines. 

Vaccination

Your RMT has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with boosters.

You will be asked to report your vaccination status during pre-screening before your appointment. 

PPE

Mask requirements have changed and masking is no longer mandatory. 

However, in the interest of protecting everyone that comes into the clinic, and supporting their right to feel safe and comfortable during treatments, your RMT will continue to wear a mask during treatment.

We also request that you choose to wear a mask throughout your time in the clinic. If you don't have a mask you will be offered a surgical mask free of charge when you arrive.

Hand Hygeine

All clients and staff are asked to sanitize their hands as they enter the building.

RMTs always follow strict hand washing and sanitizing protocols before and after every treatment. 

Linens

As always, all sheets, blankets, towels, and pillow cases will be freshly laundered for each appointment using detergent, bleach, and high heat. 

Each individual set of clean linens will be kept in bags until right before your treatment time. After each treatment, all linens in the room are removed, bagged, and washed. 

Pre-Screening

All clients are still required to complete a COVID-19 self screening survey for every appointment. This will be emailed to you before your appointment.  If you don't have the chance to complete it before coming in, you will be asked the screening questions in person once you arrive.

If anyone fails to pass the screening, their appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.  

Your RMT will also continue to monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms and risks, before providing treatments, and regularly test with Rapid Antigen Tests.
