What is Evidence-Based Practice?

Evidence-Based Practice is a grounding principle in health care that strives to equally incorporate 3 key elements:

 1. The most up to date, high quality research evidence for techniques and                                   interventions.

 2. Individual patient contexts, values, beliefs, goals, and opinions:
**You are the expert of your own health and wellbeing.
